1. Service Description

AgentCredit provides a credit risk scoring and assessment platform that uses financial data analysis and artificial intelligence to generate credit risk reports. Features, scoring models, and availability may change without prior notice as we continue to develop the service.

2. User Accounts

Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Each account is personal and must not be shared with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AgentCredit only for:

• Legitimate credit risk assessment and analysis purposes.
• Evaluating the creditworthiness of businesses in the ordinary course of your work.

You must not:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring models or algorithms.
• Use the platform to discriminate unlawfully against any person or business.
• Upload false or misleading financial data.
• Share access credentials or allow unauthorised persons to use your account.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform, including financial statements, company information, and supporting documents. AgentCredit retains ownership of all scoring models, algorithms, risk assessments, and proprietary analytics generated by the platform. You are granted a licence to use generated reports and scores for your internal business purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Credit risk scores, ratings, and assessments generated by AgentCredit are advisory in nature and must not be treated as the sole basis for credit decisions. You are responsible for making your own independent credit decisions. AgentCredit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentCredit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Confidentiality

You acknowledge that financial data viewed through the platform may be commercially sensitive and confidential. You agree to treat all client financial data, credit scores, and assessment reports as confidential information. You must not disclose this information to any person who is not authorised to access it within your organisation.

7. Termination

We may suspend or deactivate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, or for any other legitimate business reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your uploaded data will be either returned to you in a standard format or securely deleted, at your election, subject to any regulatory retention requirements. Provisions relating to data ownership, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
